At KP Supermarket, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We ensure that all groceries and food items are carefully packed, checked for quality, and delivered with care.
However, if you face any issues with your order, our Refund & Replacement Policy helps you receive quick support.
1. Items Eligible for Refund or Replacement
We offer refunds or replacements in the following cases:
✔ Wrong Item Delivered
If you receive an item different from what you ordered.
✔ Damaged or Defective Products
If the product is:
- Physically damaged
- Leaking
- Torn packaging
- Defective upon delivery
✔ Expired Products
If any delivered item is past its expiry date.
✔ Missing Items
If an item was billed but missing from your order.
2. Perishable Products (Fruits, Vegetables, Dairy, Frozen, Bakery)
For perishable grocery items, you must report issues within 24 hours of delivery.
Eligible issues include:
- Spoiled or rotten fruits & vegetables
- Melted/damaged frozen items
- Stale or poor-quality bakery products
- Leaking or spoiled dairy items
Important:
Perishable groceries cannot be returned unless damaged, spoiled, or incorrect.
3. Non-Perishable Products
For packaged goods, groceries, staples, cleaning items, and household products:
- You can raise a return or replacement request within 2–3 days of delivery.
- Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
4. Items Not Eligible for Refund
We do not accept returns or refunds for the following:
❌ Items damaged after delivery
❌ Products used or opened by the customer
❌ Items without original packaging
❌ Change-of-mind returns
❌ Discounted/clearance items (unless damaged or wrong product)
5. How to Request a Refund or Replacement
You can raise a request through any of these methods:

- Product name
- Photo/video of the issue (mandatory for damage/spoilage)
b) Call Customer Support

c) Through Your Account
- Go to Orders
- Select the product
- Submit an issue or return request
6. Refund Process
Once your request is verified:
Refunds will be issued through one of the following:
- Original payment method
- Store credit / Wallet credit
- Replacement product
Refund Time:
- Wallet/store credit: Within 24 hours
- Bank/UPI refunds: 3–7 working days (depending on your bank)
7. Replacement Process
If approved, your replacement product will be:
- Delivered in the next available delivery slot, or
- Added to your upcoming order
No delivery charges apply for replacements due to errors on our side.
8. Cancellation Refunds
Before Packing
Full refund will be issued for orders cancelled before packing.
After Packing
If order preparation has started:
- Cancellation may not be allowed
- Refunds will be partial or unavailable depending on item type
